The Terraces on 7th is truly a gem for Seniors. Centrally located just off Granville on 7th Avenue, above False Creek the Terraces has it all.

Steps away from Vancouver’s famed south Granville shopping strip, near Granville Island and downtown, it couldn’t be better situated. Absolutely nothing compares with the view from the 5th floor Dining Room, over downtown Vancouver, English Bay and the stunning North Shore Mountains. When you come to the Terraces, you have truly ‘arrived’.

Spacious, bright suites, many with spectacular ocean and mountain views are tastefully decorated to suit your furnishings. A comfortable open space lounge welcomes residents and their guests. Lunch and dinner are served daily in the dining room, and snacks, coffee and tea are served in the ground floor Bistro lounge.

Independent/Assisted Living Suites

These are designed for residents who wish to maintain their independence, knowing assistance is available when they need it. Independent/Assisted Living residents need to be Self Directing, and they also need to be mobile (they may use walkers). This is ideal for couples as well as singles.

Jerilyn Lee

General Manager

Jeri has been with Retirement Concepts since 2001. She started her career as a Recreation Therapist and has over 25 years of experience in health care. Jeri holds a Diploma in Therapeutic Recreation from Douglas College, a Quality Management Certificate from the Canadian Healthcare Association and a Bachelors of Community Rehabilitation from the University of Calgary.

Lara Novakovic

Administrative Coordinator

Lara has been with the Terraces on 7th since 2005. She started as a Concierge/Front Desk Receptionist and in 2006 she assumed the position of Administrative Coordinator.

Lara’s organized and efficient manner assists in the successful day-to-day operations of the Terraces. She is a valuable resource for the staff, residents and families.

Linda Gale

Marketing Coordinator

Linda was born and raised in beautifulVancouver. She comes to the Terraces with over 35 years experience in sales and marketing in the business to business services and consumer packaged goods. Throughout her career and personal life Linda has always enjoyed helping people and strives to make a difference.

Her outgoing personality, natural compassion and personal understanding of the transitions seniors face brought her to this role to truly help make the process for you and your family as comfortable as possible. Linda loves working with seniors and their families and welcomes the opportunity to show you and your family the lovely residences at the Terraces and to listen carefully to the details that are important to you.

Jennifer Slater

Recreation Coordinator

Jennifer is a graduate of the Therapeutic Recreation program from Douglas College. She’s been working in Senior’s Recreation since 1994.

She also has a diploma in Publishing which she puts into practice in the calendars & posters she produces.

The recreation team is an integral part of the Terraces’ Team providing quality & innovative programs. Jenn is happy to be working with the staff & residents of the Terraces on 7th.
