Once again we are happy to report that No Residents or staff are presenting COVID-19 signs or symptoms at Peace Portal Seniors Village.

COVID Vaccinations Update

Many of you have been asking when the residents will receive their second Covod-19 vaccine. We are awaiting direction from Fraser Health. As we are provided information, we will share this with all families. There is no set date at this time.

Booking Visits in our Private Dining Room: To allow us to maximize the number of visits please book in advance.

Our team is dedicated in ensuring our residents are able to connect to their families and loved ones through window and family visits and facetime. Deliveries and Drop-offs: 

All deliveries will be sanitized and delivered directly to the resident’s suites after 24hours on hold.  Delivery times are below.

Monday- Sunday 10am-1pm:

All deliveries will be sanitized and delivered directly to the resident’s suites.   Delivery times are below. ENSURE IT IS LABELLED WITH THE RESIDENT NAME & ROOM NUMBER.

1. Please use plastic bags, no reusable bags.
2. Make sure to label all bags with resident name and room number.  No heavy deliveries.
3. Try to limit drop offs to essential items.

We have dedicated screening team members that will be working 7 days a week throughout the day to ensure that team members, visitors, and vendors are thoroughly screened. They will also be assisting with visitations.

Communication

We will provide families with a weekly email update that will also be posted under COVID updates on our Retirement Concepts website. .

Tax season for 2020 is right around the corner, a friendly reminder to ensure your loved one’s taxes are filed.
