Hello families and friends of Peace Portal Seniors Village,

We would like to take this time to wish everyone a Merry Christmas.  This year has s has been such a difficult time for everyone. Our team of Managers and Staff are working diligently to keep your loved ones safe.  Everyone has really tried to make this Christmas as special as possible for all of our Resident’s here at Peace Portal Seniors Village. We would like to send a big “THANK YOU” out to all of our residents families for all the wonderful treats you have dropped off for the staff here at PPSV.  Your generosity is greatly appreciated and the treats have been enjoyed by all the staff.

Our recreation team got very creative this year and they have really decorated and lit up the halls, corridors and every residents room. All the residents received wonderful gifts for Christmas. PPSV and London Drugs collaborated together and with our local communities and donated gifts for our residents. Our team at PPSV continues to work diligently to make PPSV a better place to live and work.  We are proud of our accomplishments and we want families to know that we are committed to continuous quality improvement.  If you have an idea or a concern please reach out to our leadership team.

Connecting Families

We have had a lot of questions about visitors wanting to see their loved ones. Our team is dedicated in ensuring our residents are able to connect to their families and loved ones through window visits and facetime. If you would like to book or have any questions about visitation, please contact our Recreation Manager Sandy Kaethler at skaethler@retirmentconcepts.com.604-542-8265. Please ensure you are limiting your risk of exposure by keeping interactions within your core bubble.  On Christmas Day there would be no recreation team.
