COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics

The dates of the vaccine clinics for the 2nd dose of the Pfizer vaccine for our residents and staff are not yet confirmed. Once we have confirmed dates we will let everyone know

Connecting Families

 Booking Visits :To allow us to maximize the number of  window visits please book in advance.

Our team is dedicated in ensuring our residents are able to connect to their families and loved ones through window and facetime at this time. If you would like to book or have any questions about visitation, please contact

our Recreation Manager Sandy Kaethler 604-542-8265. Please email your requests  ppsv-recreation@retirementconcepts.com

Please ensure you receive confirmation of your  booking before coming to Peace Portal Seniors Village.

Reminders for you to Stay Safe:

  1. Practice social distancing (6 feet apart)
  2. Perform proper Hand Hygiene (Wash hands frequently for 20 seconds or greater with the alcohol-based sanitizer or soap and hot water).
  3. Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
  4. Wear a mask
  5. Stay home if you are unwell

Refer a Friend or Family Member!

Residents can earn a $1000 referral fee

Do you know someone who would love to live at Peace Portal Seniors Village ? If a resident (family member) refers a new private pay resident who moves into Peace Portal Seniors Village (for a minimum 3 months) the resident can receive a $1000 discount on their rent!  Please call Sandra D’Souza @ 778-938-1342 for more details!

 Deliveries and Drop-offs: 

All deliveries will be sanitized and delivered directly to the resident’s suites after 24hours on hold.  Delivery times are below.

Monday- Sunday 10am-1pm & 3pm – 5pm

All deliveries will be sanitized and delivered directly to the resident’s suites.   Delivery times are below. ENSURE IT IS LABELLED WITH THE RESIDENT NAME & ROOM NUMBER.

  1. Please use plastic bags, no reusable bags.
  2. Make sure to label all bags with resident name and room number.  No heavy deliveries.
  3. Try to limit drop offs to essential items.
