As we transition to welcoming Resident Visitors, we remain mindful of infection control as the health & safety of all residents & community remains our top priority.
As of April 1st, a new Visitor Safety Plan is effective, as directed by Health Authority & Dr. Bonnie Henry, in alignment with Guildford Seniors Village.
Social Visitors by Appointment *wearing a mask is mandatory at all times
Option of:
- In-Person Visits: 2 adults and 1 child (18 & younger) per visit; direct path to and from, in resident suite only
- Virtual Visits
- Pet Visitors: pets can visit (on leash or carrier) in suite or visitation area.

Compassionate Visits: Support in Care
If your loved one is transitioning in their Life Journey, the Care Team will reach out to Resident Decision Maker in collaboration, to notify and arrange visit.
Protocols
Strict compliance to all protocols in place corporately as well as directives of the health authorities, continues at Guildford Seniors Village. This includes preventative & enhanced infection control, monitoring residents’ & essential staffs’ health closely, and visitor designations.
Deliveries at Lobby Entrance:
- Please label your delivery with resident name & suite number, and we will ensure sanitizing and delivery to loved one.
- Kindly press the button at the speaker (to your left) to inform our team if you’ve delivered an item in the lobby vestibule.
- Wishing to bring food to your loved one? Vital aspects of safety risks and infection control, include diet texture, nutrition, & food safety (temperature).

- Care Team will reach out with recommendations for Essential support.
