J’ai eu un appel aujourd’hui avec le CIUSSS et je suis en mesure de vous confirmer que c’est le vaccin Pfizer que nos résidents recevront jeudi prochain, le 25 février. La vaccination aura lieu le matin et devrait être terminée vers midi. J’ai préparé un calendrier pour les résidents qui ont donné leur consentement à se faire vacciner et celui-ci sera distribué lundi.

Dans le cas où il y aurait quelques doses supplémentaires, veuillez me laissez savoir si vous, en tant que proche aidant principal, êtes intéressé à recevoir le vaccin et si oui, veuillez confirmer que vous pouvez vous rendre à la résidence à très court préavis (probablement en dedans d’une heure). Si tel est le cas, veuillez m’envoyer un courriel me confirmant votre nom et le numéro de téléphone où on peut vous rejoindre.

Finalement, le gouvernement a confirmé qu’aucune deuxième dose ne sera administrée pour le moment.

Dear family members,

I had a call today with the CIUSSS and am able to confirm that it is the Pfizer vaccine that will be administered to our residents next Thursday, February 25^th. Vaccination will take place in the morning and should be completed by noon. I have prepared a schedule for the residents that have given their consent to be vaccinated and will deliver it to them on Monday.

In the event that there are a few extra doses, please let me know if you, as the primary caregiver, are interested in receiving the vaccine and if so, please confirm that you can make it to the residence at very short notice (likely under an hour). If so, please send me an email confirming your name and the phone number where you can be reached.

Finally, the government has confirmed that no second doses will be administered at this time.
