Visitations & Messages to Loved One    

Designated Visitor:

The Health Authority mandates ONE family designate who can visit a resident in person (with mask / protocol requirements).

Compassionate Visits: 

If your loved one is transitioning in their Life Journey, the Care Team will reach out to Resident Decision Maker to notify and arrange visit.

 

Essential Visitor:

If the Long Term Care Community identifies a resident in need of specific support deemed essential – the residence will reach out to Resident Decision Maker to arrange.

 

Protocols

Strict compliance to all protocols in place corporately as well as directives of the health authorities, continues at Guildford Seniors Village.

This includes preventative & enhanced infection control, monitoring residents’ & essential staffs’ health closely, and visitor designations.

Therapeutic Recreation

Spring is coming and in March we look forward to sharing *new* programs especially designed for your loved ones.

This week we look forward to return of wii-bowling, daily fitness classes, One To Ones recreation visits of ‘Resident Favourites’, Music, Serenity Nail Spa, Catholic Mass, Hymn Sing, Armchair Travel and Crafter’s Corner.
