Dr. Bonnie Henry updated travel restrictions mandating people not to travel outside their community or health authority; please be mindful when planning to come to Guildford Seniors Village. This is currently in place until at least May 24th

Guildford Seniors Village is a secured Long Term Care Residence for Seniors:

VISITORS 

ALL VISITORS MUST SCHEDULE THEIR VISIT in advance– please arrange by:

Request must be a minimum of 24 hours in advance in order to confirm a visit date & time:

Please inform if you plan to walk outside with your loved one *only Access List Visitors can remove resident.

 

PLANNING A RESIDENT OUTING (or walk) – a minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required:

Only visitors who are on the “Resident Access List” are permitted to remove residents from the secured building on an approved & scheduled basis.

A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required by contacting Recreation who will confirm scheduled date with Nurses that Resident is able to continue with outing (i.e. resident wellness, essential medical appointment):  

Please provide photo identification to Lobby Reception/Screening if you are an approved Visitor who is taking resident for a scheduled outing from Guildford Seniors Village; after nurse approval, signature is required to sign out.

We want to thank the kindness of Visitors bringing food to staff as a thank you- however at this time, food cannot be shared due to infection control.

Strict compliance to all protocols in place corporately as well as directives of the health authorities, continues at Guildford Seniors Village.

This includes preventative & enhanced infection control, monitoring residents’ & staff health closely, and visitor designations.

A special Mother’s Day Menu is planned for May 9th Lunch & Dinner, accompanied by harpist.
