- VISITATION HOURS: 9AM TO 9PM (excludes compassionate, essential or any medically required exceptions)

VISITS: Please wear your mask in all areas, following protocols below
- If you have been vaccinated:
- please show your vaccination card at Lobby Pre Screen to proceed:
- you may remove your mask in your loved one’s suite
- If you are not vaccinated:
- please keep mask on at all times.

- The Care Team will reach out to Resident Decision Maker in collaboration and to notify arrangements.
OUTINGS: PLANNING YOUR LOVED ONE’S OUTING:
- Please contact Nurses to plan your Resident outing, as Care Team can prepare your loved one for outing, with attention to resident well-being, medication & nourishment.

- Resident Sign-Out: Only visitors who are on the “Resident Access List” are permitted to remove residents from the secured building.
