We at WRSV remain COVID Free.
Thank you once again for your patience and understanding as we roll out or visitation plan slowly and safely. To ensure the safety of our staff and residents we are following protocols set out by The Medical Health Officer and our Local Health Authority.
For RC Families, this week (Nancy is on vacation returning July 20) please call Jessica our Recreation manager at 531-2273 x 108 to let her know you want to set up an onsite visitation. After July 20, please call Nancy at 604-531-2273-x 115 to set up visitation.
At this time, as per the Health Authority, we are only allowing one member per family for the onsite visits. Please talk to your family member sand decide who that person should be. This could change soon but for now, we are following the directives we have been given
For IL families please call Denise our General Manager at 604-541-4663 x 116 or Si our Community Relations manager at 604-541-4663 x 101. Either one of these ladies will book your visit
Both RC and IL booking requests can be made Monday thru Thursday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
When you arrive at our screening door which is on Maple Street by the greenhouse, you will be greeted by our screener who will ask you a number of questions and take your temperature. You will be asked to provide your name and phone number as part of the contact tracing protocols requested by the Health Authority.
Please bring a mask. If any other personal protective equipment is needed, we will provide that to you. Do not come if you or anyone in your immediate bubble is unwell.
We are still conducting Facetime and Skype visits for those of you that cannot visit in person.

As the province pens up and lightens the guidelines, we know that all of you will do everything you can to keep our seniors safe and your diligence and mindfulness of our guidelines is much appreciated
