White Rock Seniors Village remains COVID Free
Each day, we all face new challenges in our goal towards keeping our seniors safe. The Health Authority is constantly updating protocols as we learn more about this Virus
We recently had a COVID audit and are proud to say that we are in compliance in all of the most important areas of concern regarding infection control
There is one area that we have been instructed to concentrate on and that is Visitation. In order to limit exposure, as per the health Authority, each family is to designate one family member for onsite visits. Please follow this link for all the most recent information on visitation and much more.
To help us to follow this mandate, if your loved one’s first contact is NOT the designated visitor, please respond to this email so we can update our visitor list.

We highly recommend that you book in advance as there are many families wanting to see their loved ones at this time
Please do not call the nurses to book visits as we really need to be sure theses visits do not overlap with other residents plans and our care team can safely escort residents to the visits when needed
