White Rock seniors Village remains COVID Free

We have all been enjoying the weather and spending as much time as possible outside (socially distanced of course)

Our recreation teams work tirelessly to ensure all residents have social time and interaction which benefits everyone especially during this unprecedented time

We continue to thank all of you for your patience and understanding as we do our very best to keep our residents safe and happy.

For our Long Term Care residents

Nancy, our DOC, remains on leave and Jessica Obra is overseeing all staff and residents on our Long term Care side of our building

Any questions or concerns regarding a family member in Long term Care should be directed to Jessica at 604-541-4633 ext 115 or jobra@retirementconcepts.com

In an effort to enable more families to visit, we are currently implementing new procedures regarding visitations and will update you in the next few weeks as these changes take place.

For our Independent living residents

We are happy to announce that we have reinstated our local Taxi shuttle. The company we works with is following all the protocols as set out by the health authority. All taxis sent to WRSV will be equipped with Plexiglas barriers. All of our residents have adapted to wearing masks in all common areas and will continue that practice while riding in taxi’s and in any buildings.

Please be aware that we do not book visits before 9:30 am, or between 11:00 and 1:30 pm.
