White Rock Seniors Village in Covid-19 Outbreak Mode; Site Visitations cancelled.
Hello Everyone:
West Coast Seniors Housing Management was informed late Friday afternoon that a student on practicum at White Rock Seniors Village September 30 has tested positive for COVID-19 after being contact traced.
No residents are symptomatic, and we are watching them carefully. We have paused visitations, are in the process of contacting families and will await the advice of Fraser Health Authority for their directives which we will communicate to you when we receive them.
Please know that the care and safety of residents is our number one priority, and we are treating the situation very seriously.
Communication
As a result of the one confirmed case of COVID-19, we will be providing families with a daily email update. Should the condition of any resident change, their family will be notified immediately.

Deliveries
All deliveries will be received at the front desk. This includes groceries, medications, and gifts. All will be sanitized and delivered directly to resident suites.
When dropping off items, we would ask that families please follow the following guidelines, as I am sure you want your parent or loved one to get their deliveries in a timely manner.
