Hello families and friends of Rosemary Heights Seniors Village

We hope you are all staying safe and healthy!

NO RESIDENTS are presenting COVID-19 signs or symptoms at Rosemary Heights Seniors Village. Should the status of Rosemary Heights Seniors Village change in any respect, please know that we will immediately contact families.

We continue with the residents being on droplet precaution as symptoms can still occur until the morning of Jan 22nd (only 1 more sleep).  We continue to monitor all residents for any symptoms and meals are being delivered via room service for the residents on the 2nd floor unit.  We are continuing with our COVID outbreak protocols & enhanced cleaning through out the entire building.  We will transition everyone off of droplet precaution that morning and will open up the dining room and the recreation team will slowly restart small group programs again.

We have been informed from Fraser Health Authority, that the 2nd does of the vaccine for COVID-19 is being scheduled for around 35 days following the first does.  We can expect our 2nd dose to be scheduled by mid-February in our home. (our 1st dose vaccine clinic was Jan 13, 2021)

Communication

We will provide families with a weekly email update that will also be posted under COVID updates on our Retirement Concepts website. For RHSV we send every Thursday.

The facility staff will determine if a visit is essential. Whereas, Designated Visitors are for social occasion visits, and under these guidelines, each resident is permitted to have ONE designated visitor with bookings made in advance.
