Friends and Families of Rosemary Heights Seniors Village
As many of you will already know, Dr. Bonnie Henry addressed new visitation guidelines for care homes throughout British Columbia effective April 1st, in her COVID-19 update.
We know this will create a mix of excitement as well as anxiety for many people as we move towards lessening restrictions and opening up our bubbles to more people.
As has been throughout the pandemic, we often hear of these changes and easing of restrictions much the same time as you do. This means our organization and our dedicated COVID -19 emergency response team will need to spend the next few days prior to the date of April 1st, to put safety protocols in place congruent with the new less restrictive visitation.
Visitation continues to have to be scheduled ahead of time.

We understand many of you will have questions and concerns surrounding the roll out of the updated visitation guidelines and we will have answers and processes in place prior to the roll out date.
We are so thankful for the communication process that has been put in place throughout our communities with weekly and often daily updates so that all our families know they can count on being informed. When we have guidelines set up, ready to welcome you back into the communities, we will send it out in these updates.
We are thrilled that families will be able to meet, spend time, laugh and enjoy each other again and we are committed to ensuring continued safety while we move into this next phase.
Loved ones can visit the BC CDC website for more information.
Sincerely,
