Hello Everyone!


We have enjoyed having time to meet all of you who came for the designated and compassionate visit, while they are not all high spirits due to the circumstances, we had good conversations and made wonderful connections.  It was a time for us to be able to see your individualized needs and accommodate them as part of our mission in an individualized, person centered approach.


The Renfrew Community has hired a new General Manager, his name is Ying Chow. Yin comes from independent living settings in the North Shore and is a passionate individual who loves Hockey and Family. He looks forward to eventually being able to meet all of you.

With strict compliance to the direction and protocols of our public health officials, we remain seriously committed to full enhanced preventative & precaution infection control protocols. We continue to monitor residents & staff closely and adhere to the following protocols:



Dining Room


Our four Dining Rooms are open to residents with service of home cooked meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as Snack Trolley room service afternoon and evenings.




We continue with creating one-to-one visits and connecting resident with loved one as soon as possible with social calls, Facetime and/or Skype visit; please contact to place your request rcc-recreation@retirementconcepts.com  or phone: 604 255 7723 ext. 123 and leave your message. If you would like to send a message or photos to your loved ones, kindly email: rcc-recreation@retirementconcepts.com



Please feel welcome to drop off items for your loved one (cards, flowers in vase, specific supplies if requested by Care Team) in our lobby vestibule, however do press the speaker buzzer (to your left) to inform our team, as we will ensure sanitizing and delivery to loved one. Please no food items for residents. Thank you!
