Hello Everyone!

Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding, we happy to say that the visitations can start up again.

We know everyone will be wanting to book visits as soon as possible and we will be working hard to accommodate this.

To book your time, Please email Rcc-recreation@retirementconcepts.com or call 604-216-2333. Please be patient as we are expecting this to be busy.

Please ensure you receive confirmation of your visit booking before coming to Renfrew.

If you are feeling unwell or have even one of the following symptoms: sore throat, diarrhea, cough, fever, loss of taste or smell, headache, stiffness – Please do not come for your visit and contact Health BC or your physician. Also, if you are unable to make your appointment please give us a call and we will re-book you for another time.

You will be required to wear a proper mask, sanitize your hands and practice proper distancing at all times. A screener will ask you assessment questions upon your arrival, please be open and truthful so we can ensure the safety of everyone.

Reminders for you to Stay Safe:

1. Practice social distancing (6 feet apart)
2. Perform proper Hand Hygiene (Wash hands frequently for 20 seconds or greater with the alcohol-based sanitizer or soap and hot water).
3. Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
4. Wear a mask
5. Stay home if you are unwell
