We have great news to share with you all today. Our enhanced monitoring in our 1st Floor West Wing of Residential Care is officially declared over! Today we received confirmation from Public Health that we are cleared and can resume business as usual.
Visits
Visits in all areas, including Essential Visitors, will resume as of tomorrow, Thursday, May 27th. If you would like to confirm or book a new visit, please contact our Recreation Department by emailing: mrsv-recreation@retirementconcepts.com.
All visits and outings must be scheduled in advance through our Recreation Department, ideally 24 hours’ notice.
Meal Services
All dining rooms in Residential Care are open. We will return to regular meal service on our 1st Floor in Residential Care as of dinner tonight.
The dining room in our Independent/Assisted Living remains open.
Communication
We will go back to our regular weekly communication at this time. Should the condition of any resident change, their family will be notified immediately.
