Dear residents, family member and friends,
Our communication today is to keep you informed on everything that is happening at Maple Ridge Seniors Village. One of our staff members is currently experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. The staff member is being tested and we will update you once we have the results.
Out of the abundance of caution, we have gone ahead and put some safety protocols in place.
Currently none of our residents have been asked to isolate in their rooms but this may change if we are directed by Public Health to begin isolating.
No residents have any COVID-19 symptoms.
We will provide everyone with a daily email update and will share information as we receive it. Should the condition of any resident change, their family will be notified immediately.

All dining rooms remain open at this time. The dining rooms in Residential Care have switched to disposables.
We will continue to accept all deliveries at the screener desk. This includes groceries, medications and gifts. All items will be sanitized and delivered directly to the resident’s suites.
When dropping items off we ask families to please follow the guidelines below in order to ensure that your loved one gets their deliveries in a timely manner:
