Hello Everyone,
Once again we are happy to report that No Residents or staff are presenting COVID-19 signs or symptoms at Langley Seniors Village.
Voting at Langley Seniors Village
Our Recreation Programmer Precious did an amazing job of getting things in place for all our residents to vote on October 23rd. Margaret gives a thumbs up as she places her ballot in the ballot box!
Flu Shots
Flu shot clinic has been completed, Care RX will not be back on site. If your family member still requires the flu shot please follow up with your physician or pharmacy.
A Reminder about visitors to Langley Seniors Village
We have been getting a lot of requests from family members to go up to their loved-ones suite. We continue to limit and restrict the movement of people within the building to reduce the risk of COVID-19 and the recent and continued increase of cases. If the request is for essential medical needs, the request will be reviewed. If the request is non-essential, the request will not be approved.
Meet our new Admin Coordinator Nancy!
Any questions regarding invoices please ask for Nancy and she will be happy to assist you.

Policy Change to Residents leaving Langley Seniors Village for Overnight Visits
As everyone is aware, the number of new COVID-19 cases in British Columbia and elsewhere are on the rise. With these numbers increasing, we continually have to assess the risks associated with COVID-19 when it comes to our residents and staff. As a result, we will be implementing a new policy in an effort to reduce the risk of transmission within our community. Effective immediately, any resident that leaves Langley Seniors Village on an overnight outing will now be required to complete a 14 day quarantine upon their return to our community. As mentioned above, this new policy is being introduced to help us reduce and manage our risks for both other residents and staff working at LSV.
Reminders for your loved one to Stay Safe:
Again, the following four points are so critical to discuss with your loved ones. Please help us by reminding each resident daily of the following four items:
Once again we thank you for your patience and understanding during these trying times.
Thank You and Stay Healthy!
