Dear Families and Residents of Kamloops Seniors Village,

Please be advised that on Monday October 11, 2021 we were informed that one of our staff members who last worked on our 1A & 2A neighbourhood October 6, 2021 has tested positive for the COVID 19.

At this time, we have no residents or additional staff symptomatic, however, we have implemented our enhanced cleaning and exposure protocols. Our clinical team contacted Interior Health and have been advised that our current measures in place are to remain. Interior Health will provide us further direction on Tuesday October 12, 2021.

With that being said, there have been no changes to residents daily activities, recreation or visitation.
