Once again we are happy to report that No Residents or staff are presenting COVID-19 signs or symptoms at Langley Seniors Village.
As per the new Fraser Health Regulations affective immediately:
- All visitors must wear a medical mask when entering and moving around any health care facility, including clinical and non-clinical areas.
Booking Visits in our Private Dining Room
To allow us to maximize the number of visits we have available each day the visits are booked starting on the hour for 45mins which allows for a 15min window to sanitize the room properly prior to the next visit. Visitation bookings are available seven days a week with the visit time slot at 10am and the last time slot at 7pm. Corner Store
Our Corner Store is designed as a convenience and we are unable to keep up with the quantity being requested. During this time we would appreciate families dropping off items weekly that their family member(s) requires. Some of these include incontinence products, toilet paper, paper towel, Kleenex, breakfast supplies, snacks etc.
Just a reminder when dropping off items:
- 9am to 5pm each day
- Please use plastic bags, no reusable bags.
- Please be sure to label all bags with resident name and room number.
- Please limit drop offs to essential items.
Once items are dropped off they are sanitized and delivered to the suites.

Celebrating Diwahli
Residents enjoyed fresh made pekora and chai tea from Chef Pinder while watching a Diwahli performance, they loved the experience!
LSV Annual Sock and Toque Drive
Once again we are collecting new socks and toques from now until December 20th. The new socks and toques collect will be donated to The Gateway of Hope and Ishtar Transition Society to support those in need especially this time of year. Should you wish to contribute to our collection please let our screeners know so they can sanitize the packaging and add them to our collection basket.

Again, the following four points are so critical to discuss with your loved ones. Please help us by reminding each resident daily of the following four items:
- Practice social distancing (6 feet apart)
- Perform proper Hand Hygiene (Wash hands frequently for 20 seconds with the alcohol-based
sanitizer or soap and hot water) 20 second or greater is so important.
- Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
- If exhibiting any symptoms (fever, cough and difficulty breathing) please alert staff immediately.
