This is a shout out to all the community support we have received!

• We had the most beautiful wooden sign mysteriously appear one week ago at the front entrance of CVSV. The “Thank you” is made from yellow cedar and is a huge thank you to all the staff for their dedication to the tenants and families. We are so appreciative of this beautiful creation and the daily reminder as we come to work.

• Thank you to the “Crying Out Loud” group who have been so generous with their gifts of snack foods for the staff, on numerous occasions. The staff are so appreciative of your support.

• On May 5^th, to help us celebrate Cinco de Mayo, a local business, Abuelo’s donated 300 bags of tortilla chips to hand out to the tenants. Thank you for your generous support. The tenants loved them, as did a few staff!

• Knowing that our tenants were missing the weekly happy hour entertainment, one of our regular “Happy Hour” entertainers, Viv and Steve, donated CDs, recorded especially for our residents and tenants this week

We are pleased to continue to report that no staff or residents are presenting COVID-19 signs or symptoms at Casa Loma Seniors Village and Comox Seniors Village. Thank you for your continued adherence to our no visitor policy. All the updates are posted to our website for easy reference. Should the status of this community change in any respect, please know that we will immediately contact families.
