Welcome to the Weekly Auburn Update!
April 19th– 23rd
General Manager’s Message:
We hope all of you are enjoying the sunshine we are having.
COVID new cases have been very high in BC –reaching over 1000 new cases a few days back-yesterday’s new cases were 873 (https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/a6f23959a8b14bfa989e3cda29297ded ). These numbers are important reminders that we must continue to be diligent. Even though our doors have opened we ask that you follow all the COVID safety items and guidelines. These guidelines include cleaning the room and what you may have touched after your visit, and wearing your masks for the entire time you are in the building. Although we have had our vaccines (both residents and staff) we are still susceptible to an outbreak.
Residents had a blast at our painting class. The beautiful work of our residents is displayed in the Library for all to see. Don’t forget – Every Thursday we have treats with Wendy! Come down to the Bistro to reserve your spot. We have two seating’s starting at 2pm.
All residents are welcome to come down to the Media room every Wednesday at 2pm for Crafts with Wendy and Susan. Last week’s egg decorating was fun!
Come and enjoy a game of BINGO on Monday’s at 1:30pm in the Media room
Please help us by reminding each resident daily of the following four items:
Stay Safe, Stay Healthy, And Stay Happy!
