Assisted Living Suites

This is for residents who wish to maintain their independence, knowing assistance is available when they need it. Assisted Living residents need to be Self Directing, and they also need to be mobile (they may use walker and/or wheelchairs as long as they are able to transfer). This is ideal for couples as well as singles.

Our beautiful suites feature high ceilings, large picture windows and an open floor plan that creates a wonderful feeling of space. Warm rich colours add to the ambiance of this new home.

Kathleen Nicholles
General Manager

Kathleen has been working with seniors for many years of her nursing career. Most recently her background has been in management and specifically managing an Assisted Living facility.

She brings her passion for seniors to LSV and together with her team she is dedicated to treating each resident with dignity and respect while allowing the resident choice of care and lifestyle.

Tracey Daniel
Marketing Coordinator

Tracey joined the team at Retirement Concepts in the fall of 2001 bringing with her many years of experience in marketing, most recently with the opening of a seniors living facility in Surrey.

With over 25 years experience working with individuals and families looking for the right choice of home and environment for themselves or their loved ones, Tracey has earned the trust and loyalty of people she works with. Never forgetting that she is in the service industry, she will do all that is needed to help families find just the right fit for their individual needs.

Tracey also works very closely with the administrators to ensure the best possible care and service is given to each new resident and also can refer families to other facilities if required. Always feel free to call Tracey on her direct line at any time to discuss your needs.
