Guildford Seniors Village
This seniors residence in Surrey, opened in 2001, was developed according to Retirement Concept’s philosophy of providing residents with a home and a neighbourhood. The building is designed around a central nursing care unit with four 'neighbourhoods', each with its own small intimate dining area. All rooms are private with large bay windows that open out to the landscaped gardens or interior courtyard. Each room is decorated in soft, warm colours and furnished with quality, crafted furniture. Residents may bring their own furniture if they prefer to do so.
