Joe Moosa is a shareholder and director of Retirement Concepts. Trained as an engineer at the University of Waterloo, he has significant experience in the design and construction of power utility infrastructure and attained additional specialization in the systems and management science fields. He also has a successful track record in the software industry having founded and sold several companies to publicly traded organizations, including GE Capital.
As President of Retirement Concepts Developments, Joe has assembled a full-service construction development and management team equipped with the necessary systems and processes to be able to deliver turnkey seniors housing projects. As the development arm of Retirement Concepts, RCD’s mission is to develop, build and maintain best-in-class facilities that support the long-term needs of its senior’s residents.
